Google is testing a new sponsored ads section in the search results named Featured Stores. This reminds me of the from online stores but that was organic/free, not ads.

Sachin Patel spotted this and posted the following screenshot on X:

Google has been using dyamic titles for sponsored ads for some time, but this may or may not be a new one.
