Google: Embedded Resources Are Cached For A While

If you embed resources on your pages, those embedded resources can be cached longer than other parts of the page in Google Search.

In 2020, Google added the ability to see embedded resources in the Google Search Console URL Inspection tool.

John Muller from Google wrote on Bluesky, "yes, embedded resources are cached for a while."
