All this back and forth on when Google will launch Penguin 4.0 is getting to everyone. Will it be Q1, why wasn't it in January or in 2015?
Google had enough - instead of giving projections, Google is now going with the line, "as soon as it is ready" we will launch Penguin.
Here is the post from Twitter where Google's Zineb interestingly enough quoted the "as soon as it is ready" response, which seems to have come down from another internal source at Google - maybe Google PR? (Update) Zineb said I over analyzes the quote part of it, but either way.
Here is how Zineb answered the question on when is Penguin coming:
@alekseo It is still work in progress at the moment. I can't tell when it will be rolled out. We are aiming at: "as soon as it is ready"

So I guess no more timeframes from Google on Penguin for the time being...
