Google Drops Calling In To Google My Business Support

Google announced it has removed the toll free customer support numbers from the Google My Business homepage. Now if you do try to call one of the existing numbers, you will be directed to the Google My Business Help Center. You can still request someone to call you by clicking on the Contact Us button but you cannot directly call in anymore.

Cordell Crowley posted in the Local Search Forums that he called in and "it goes straight to a voicemail that says "Our contact options have changed. The fastest way to get support for Google My Business is to visit g.co/contactgmb" and then hangs up."

Here is the form to request a a phone call, although I have no idea how long it takes to get the call back.

That sounds right.
