Google announced for the Olympics this year round, they are doing the Doodle Fruit Games, which is an Android or iOS app you can download and play different fruit olympics.

At least this Doodle doesn't have a game built into it. It is just a 2 minute video. So it shouldn't waste too much of your employee's time - that is, unless they don't download the game to their smartphone.
