What is the issue? In August 2010 Google began allowing Google Place owners the ability to reply to reviews left on their Google Maps business page.
The issue is, those replies are not all showing up.
Google finally replied to the issue in a Google Places Help thread apologizing. They felt the issue was resolved but it was not. Stephan S. from Google said:
apologies for the slow response. We thought we had fixed this issue a while ago but it def seems we still have a bug here. We are looking into this but the bug seems to trigger only in some cases and we've so far not been able to reproduce it on our end.
It is sad to see it take so long for Google to admit or try to fix this. Mike Blumenthal tweeted:
