Google wants your brain! They have just announced they are wanting to hire brand new smart and creative people for a wide range of jobs within the company. They have indicated that 2011 will be one of the biggest hiring years in the company history since 2007. In 2010 Google added more than 4,500 employees and they plan to top even that. Google has grown substantially over the last year in both company size and products. In order to keep up with the demand of a growing company who has fingers in many pots, they need more people. Google states:

We're looking for top talent across the board and around the globe and we'll hire as many smart, creative people as we can to tackle some of the toughest challenges in computer science.

They go on to say to need people to work on everything from a web based operating system, improvements to the search index, and teaching cars to drive themselves. Sign me up for that last one!
