Google Emoji

Back in October 2014, we reported that Google was unable to accept emojis to search, so if you searched using an Apple Emoji Apple Emoji [Apple] Google would show no results found. Well, now Google can search using emojis.

Here is a screen shot for the same search:

Back a year or so ago, it didn't return any results.

Google Apple

Bing and Yahoo had no problem with it back then but Google searches for the apple emoji are literal, they return apple emoji results. Whereas the Bing and Yahoo results show results for apple only.

It works nicely on Google Image search, for the most part.

Although, Panda searches don't look that great.
