Google has a new feature they are testing in some knowledge cards called "notable moments." In short, these notable moments give you a timeline of specific events that occurred in a carousel format.
Sergey Alakov spotted this test, which I cannot replicate, and shared a screen shot on Twitter. As you can see, Justin Trudeau has this "notable moments" carousel below is knowledge card:
This seems like it is either early on with the roll out or just a test, but I suspect it is just a test at this moment in time.
