Many of those trying to access the Google AdWords Keyword Planner Tool this morning are being presented with an error that they cannot use the tool because they need to have one active campaign.

I am seeing dozens of complaints on Twitter. Google AdWords is replying to folks that they are looking into it.

Google said on Twitter:

I'll get in touch with our product team and will keep you posted on this.

In fact, it is the same response over and over again to all those complaining on Twitter to AdWords.

Of course, with the recent changes to the Keyword Planner people are very very nervous.
