John Pronano posted on Google+ a picture of someone wearing Google Glass literally attached to his Glasses. I am not sure if this is a hack or a Google prototype, but I think it is a hack.
These are supposedly one of the first prescription versions of Google Glass. And in this case, it looks pretty good.
