I spotted this image on Flickr of this woman wearing an interesting costume with a Panda Hat.
Now, I do not know why she is wearing the hat or where exactly this is. But it is a Panda hat.
The way I discover these images for the Search Pic of the Day column is subscribing to Flickr and other image sites by tag. This image was tagged with "microsoft" but from what I can tell has nothing to do with Microsoft. Or maybe this is some weird Asian Microsoft event?
