GoogleBot For Halloween

We've been sharing a few Halloween costumes from the search industry over the past few days and today I wanted to share who GoogleBot dressed up as. As you can see, as a web crawler. Web crawler is an alternative name to what GoogleBot is, a search engine spider or bot, but it is also one of the first search engines, which launched back in April 20, 1994.

Googler thought it would be fun to take a 3D printed GoogleBot and dress it up in a web and call it web crawler. The photo is very fun and clever for Halloween. Kudos.

They posted a really high resolution version on Google+.
