Kyle Paul received special stickers from Google's Melissa Daniels and the Google Chrome Team. They are Chrome stickers and stickers were mailed to Kyle as part of a special giveaway Google was conducting.
Kyle posted a picture of the package on his Google+ page and Melissa shared it again.
