Honestly, I never heard of these before but it looks like one of the Google offices now has these punto floor cushions. They are like these round disks that you can sit on and be comfortable sitting on the floor with.
I saw it was shared on Instagram, I think by Google.
I am not sure why they are floating through the air in this photo but most photos have people sitting on them.
