Google hosts tons and tons of webmaster specific Google hangouts on Google+. You can see the current schedule over here.
But I Maile Ohye & Susan Moskwa rarely do the hangouts, nor do they do it together. In fact, I don't think Maile Ohye has ever done a Google+ Hangout for webmaster support on Google+ (I can be wrong).
Maile Ohye is known in the SEO world for her work on pagination issues with SEO. This is a common issue with building search engine friendly web sites and can be a very confusing issue. So it is your opportunity to ask her and Susan questions directly and get them answered for your specific concerns.
Maile recently published a video on SEO pagination, so watch it and be prepared.
