Google Showing Content Before It Is Published? Nah... Snippet "In X Hours"

Normally when Google shows new content in the search results, it may show in the search result snippet a section that says "X minutes ago" but Tejas shared a screen shot of Google saying "in X hours" instead. The first way to write it shows that the content was published in the past, the second way to write it expresses that the content has not yet been published.

Is Google able to predict content in the future? Nah, I suspect it is a test or how they speak English in India? I am not sure exactly.
