You are not alone, the Google Search Console is now down - there is a 404 not found error when you try to access it at google.com/webmasters/tools/.
I did give it about 10 minutes before reporting about the issue, hoping it would come back within minutes, but it is still currently down.

No need to panic, everyone I know cannot access it right now, so you are not alone.

Update: At 10:10am ET, it is back now. It was down for maybe about 20 minutes.
