The case itself is pretty significant being that Google never enjoys removing results from their search listings by hand. So this is a very significant case.
Chris Silver Smith said on Twitter he was suppose to be an expert witness and give testimony on it, but it just settled.
I wonder if he was responsible for the Penguin drive by. ;-p
