A Google Business Help thread has complaints that when you select not to show your business address in your Google Maps listing, it still shows it.
One business owner wrote, "Our Google+ business listing has our address marked as private as well as "Do No Show My Address" and despite all of that it is shown load and proud at the top of our page." He adds, "we absolutely do no want it there."
How did Google respond? Simply that they are aware of the issue.

Just here to confirm that we're aware of the issue and working on a fix.
Here is the setting where that would be set:
Supposedly this has been an issue for the past couple weeks.
