Back in December, we reported on complaints that the Google News custom RSS feeds were not working. Google said back then it "will be resolved shortly," but it was not and still is not.
More and more complaints have been rolling in, such as this one in the Google News Help forums as well as others, where Google's Stacie Chan said they are working on a fix. She wrote:
Another user escalated this issue, thanks for reporting it. Our team is actively looking for a fix!
It seems like Google is not aware of what the issue is and has no urgent plans to fix it.
