In August we caught Google testing showing thumbnails or icons in the related searches options in the mobile search results. Well now it seems to be fully live for all searchers on mobile. Not for all queries and related searches but for many.
Jim Boykin, an old SEO friend, and Bhumika Kateliya posted on Twitter about it. Here are screen shots from their samples that I was able to replicate myself:
How will this impact you all? Probably won't but hey, it is a change to the Google search results page.
