For the past few days, some searchers were only able to load a portion of the search results pages. Google said they were working on fixing the issue and as of late last night, Google said they fixed the issue. I do not see any new complaints since last night, so it can be fully fixed.
Here is Google telling us it was fixed:

Google has said they fixed issues before and did not fully fix it but like I said above, the Google search forums are not showing new complaints about this issue - so I do think this was fully resolved.
