Over the past few days, I've been getting messages about people seeing the featured snippets query refinements which we covered as a test back in September of last year. Google also announced these in January.
Well, maybe it is fully rolling out now? I see them and so do many others.
Here is a GIF of it in action that I put together. You can see the bubbles under the featured snippets let you refine your query with the tap on the bubble:
