Google's John Mueller: Sure, DM Me For Private Support

A couple days ago I wrote how Gary Illyes from Google doesn't do private webmaster support and then this morning, John Mueller from Google basically said the complete opposite.

The questions are a bit different but either way, close enough.

Like I said last time, Google explained why webmaster customer service doesn't scale but Google has offered one on one support in the past, but it is rare.

Of course, we have the frequent Google hangouts where people can ask John or other Googler's direct one on one questions about their own web sites. They can meet Googlers at events or conferences. But a help desk or phone number or email you can send questions to, that doesn't really happen.

Maybe you can all just DM John Mueller your questions? I am sure he will like that.
