Google AdWords Beta For Search Ads With AMP Landing Pages

Google AMP

Google announced at their event yesterday that they are opening up a beta within Google AdWords to let your search ads lead to landing pages powered by AMP. Google said "we're launching a new AdWords beta that lets you use fast-loading AMP pages as the landing pages for your search ads."

So not only can you get AMP pages from news or core search but Google wants to bring them to you via their AdWords search ads.

Google wrote:

The new AdWords beta brings the performance benefits of faster mobile pages to search campaigns. Now, when advertisers link their search ads to AMP landing pages, consumers will get the fast mobile web experiences they've come to expect from AMP pages on Google Search.
