Rachel from the Google AdSense team posted an update in the Google AdSense Help thread less than an hour ago that using the reissue check feature in Google may be having issues.
On March 7th, she updated the post to read:
Mar 7Hello Publishers,
If 60 days have passed and you didn't receive your check but are unable to select "reissue check" in your account, please fill out form for a quicker resolution and we will begin the check cancellation process.
You will not receive a reply from us but we will investigate and take action if the mentioned check was not paid.
Once you submit your details, the whole process should take 2-3 weeks for the earnings to be re-credited to your account.

Then this morning, Rachel wrote "While we work on fixing this issue, the whole reissue process will now take a little longer to allow our Engineers investigate the issue. You should expect to see earnings re-credited to your account in approximately 60 days once you submit your details."
So another 60 days from when you flll out the form. So from 2-3 weeks to 2 months to get paid out.
Something sounds weird and off.
