Google Ads has released several new "Troubleshoot performance fluctuations and changes" across Google Ads, Performance Max, Search campaigns, Display, video, shopping, app, and more. At least I think these documents are new based on my tools, but the Wayback Machine has been offline, so I cannot double verify.
Here are the new documents Google published to its help area on the top of troubleshoot performance fluctuations and changes:

I think a number of these are new, but I am not sure if all of them are new. It may just be the wording of the documents changed a bit.
