AI Max for Search is moving out of beta, and we’re officially announcing the timeline for Dynamic Search Ads (DSA) to transition to AI Max.
The transition roadmap:
- Starting today, we’re rolling out new tools to help you transfer settings and data into new standard ad groups.
- In September, existing Dynamic Search Ads campaigns and ad groups will be moved automatically to AI Max.
As always, we *strongly* recommend you make the transition to AI Max yourself ahead of the auto-migration for full oversight and control.
AI Max builds on the existing benefits of DSA in several ways, including using more content signals for both targeting and creatives, plus:
- Text guidelines: Set guardrails for AI-generated assets.
- Brand and location controls: Also available at the ad group level.
- Consolidated workflows: Keywords, landing page targeting, and assets all in an ad group.
- Reporting: Access to detailed asset and search term reports.
