We cover most of the Google logos (aka Doodles) on the Google.com web site. Today, there is an interesting one. A pre-Thanksgiving logo that doesn't lead to a search results page, but instead leads to Thanksgiving recipes by Ina Garten. I believe the logo was alos designed by Ina Garten.

When you click on the logo, it takes you to google.com/landing/thanksgiving. On the page, it shows recipes but also links to a search result from there for Ina Garten.

Ina doesn't celebrate a birthday today, she isn't specifically known for Thanksgiving recipes - so I am not sure why she is being promoted here? I guess she contributed the logo and the recipes? She is an American author, host of the Food Network program Barefoot Contessa, and former White House nuclear policy analyst. The first results on the page lead to her web site and where you can buy her book.

Either way, she did contribute six free recipes for everyone.

So this is different in that it is a pre-holiday logo, it leads to a landing page and somewhat promotes a person without that person celebrating a birthday or anniversary.

Day Two Logo is now up on Wednesday:
