Programming Note: Rosh Hashanah 5776

Google Rosh Hashanah Logo

Tonight is Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year and I will be offline the next two days (Monday and Tuesday) to celebrate.

There will be stories posted over the next two days but all those stories were written this past Friday and scheduled to go live tomorrow and the day after.

I don't anticipate Google releasing any new algorithms over Monday or Tuesday but who knows, maybe they will surprise me. If they do, I obviously will not cover it until Wednesday, when I return.

For all you Jews out there, have a happy, healthy, successful and sweet new year!

I hope you like how I recreated the 2006 Rosh Hashanah Doodle to use the new logo. :)
