There is absolutely no better way to celebrate a promotion in a company like Google than to get a balloon with your face on it. Of course course the bottle of wine and the promotion itself is nice but a balloon with your very own face printed on it - that is priceless.
kittymcgowanzer, who I think got a promotion at Google, shared a photo of this on Instagram and wrote "Because did you even get promoted if you don't have a balloon with your face on it?"
