I spotted this on Instagram, it shows a hand painted in the colored and shaped in the form of Google's G logo/icon. The thing that probably caught my attention that this was tagged as the Google Medic Update for somer reason in the content of the post.
It is in Italian and translates to:
This time @google has combined it big. This update of #Google's main research has had a major impact on the health and wellness sites, so-called #YMYL pages, defined by Google itself.
