Google France Office Too Bland?

Google France Lobby

Rupert Breheny, A Googler who I think works in the Zurich office, paid a visit to Google's France office the other day and took some pictures. My question is why does Google's France office stand out as looking under nourished compared to the other offices. This looks like a basic doctor's office with a funky couch, Google TV, beverage cooler and a poster on the wall.

He posted this picture on his Google+ account for all to see.

So any ideas? Is it a really small office?
