Here is a photo from Jack Fermon on Google+, a fun Googler to follow, who just celebrated his tenth year working anniversary at Google. He shared a photo of the certificate Google gave him for the special milestone.
It shows the Google birthday logo with a "happy 10th anniversary" banner above the logo. It then has his name and his start date at Google.
