Google Updates PageRank Yet Again!

Google PageRankIt is not even a month since the last Google toolbar PageRank update which took place July 18th in reaction to a bug with the PageRank update on June 27th or so.

Google, yesterday, has pushed out yet another PageRank update in the toolbar.

What is weird, that it was done so soon. Before the June 27th update, Google didn't do an update for around 6 months. So why are they pushing out updates more rapidly now?
