Google Balls logoAs I reported on Search Engine Land via Tecnonet, Google is playing around with the search interface again.

This is nothing new, they do user interface tests all the time. But this one is a bit more funky.

Bright orange URLs and bright light blue title tags in the search results?

Here are pictures from the video taken by Tecnonet:

Google Light Blue Titles

Google Orange URLs

Here is the video where you can also see a new search tools feature for tablets:

The reaction on Google+ towards this new UI is not great. One person said, "Not so appealing.," another said "not sure if orange would be fairly accessible to the color blind." But one person liked it, a Gator fan said "Gator colors how can that be a bad thing?"
