Google Maps Tests Blue Pins & Gray Map Icon

Google is testing showing blue map pins and gray map icons in the search listings.

Sergey posted on Twitter a screen shot of a Google Maps result set that shows a blue pin instead of the red pin. The last time we saw blue pins in the maps results was when they were showing them for local extensions.

Here is the screen shot from Sergey:

And Kyle Reddoch posted on Twitter a screen shot of Google showing a gray map pin icon in the snippets of the mobile search results. This is relatively new as well.
