Google Logo Remembers Audrey Hepburn On Her 85th Birthday

Today on the Google home page worldwide is a special Google Doodle, aka Google logo, for Audrey Hepburn. Audrey Hepburn would have been 85 years old today, passing at the age of 63 on January 20, 1993 in Tolochenaz, Vaud, Switzerland.

She was well known and respected British actress and humanitarian. She is also known as one of the most beautiful women of all time, with the American Film Institute ranking her as as the third greatest female screen legend in the history of American cinema and the being put in the International Best Dressed List Hall of Fame.

Audrey Hepburn was born on May 4, 1929 in Ixelles, Brussels, Belgium. She passed in her home in Switzerland from appendiceal cancer and is buried at Tolochenaz Cemetery.
