Have you ever seen a "trending this week" icon and messaging in the local pack in the Google search results? Here is a screen shot of this coming up for an SEO somewhere in Madrid. I've seen other forms of trending in Google search but I don't believe in the local three pack.

This was posted in the Local Search Forums and even Joy Hawkins posted this on Twitter and didn't recognize this before.
I personally cannot replicate this but I don't think I've ever seen this. Can you?
