Google is crazed about carousels and here is another format of the Google local pack. This local pack shows not one image, but an image carousel per local listing in the local pack.
This was spotted by @FrancastroKW and here is that screen shot:
I assume you can swipe on the images to see more, when more than one is available.
Google is testing many local pack carousel interfaces and here is just one more.
