Google is testing a new ad label in the local pack, not the ones we covered two day ago with ads coming to local pack but an ad label that says "deal" in a green label next to the hotel listings in the Google local pack.

It clearly looks like this is some sort of ad and using "deal" in the green ad label makes it look very paid.
I personally cannot replicate it.
