In July, we reported that converted clicks is retiring on September 21, 2016 but Google extended that to next month. Google posted a reminder on Google+ saying converted clicks is being retired next month, in March 2017.

Google wrote, "Converted clicks are being retired in March 2017, after 15 years." "The Conversions column is the best way to measure valuable actions for your business," Google added.

Many folks set up stuff in Google AdWords and rarely look, so this is why Google has to continually send out reminders. Google said:

“Conversions” give you everything “Converted clicks” did, and much more. For example, “Conversions” can take advantage of non-last-click attribution models and different counting options in addition to measuring important actions like cross-device conversions and store visits.

Most advertisers already use “Conversions” as their primary reporting metric and are not impacted by this transition. If you are still using “Converted clicks” with automated rules or custom columns, visit our Help Center to learn more and update to “Conversions”
