This morning I spotted Google testing or maybe pushing out a new AdSense format that enables the ad to have more than one page of content.
In the screen shots below, you will see an AdSense ad with two circles at the bottom center of the ad. If you click on the one that is not filled in, it will scroll you to page two of the ad. These ads are now paginated AdSense ads.
