Fetch as Google Adds Captcha Sometimes

Last week, Google has added a captcha to the Google Search Console, Fetch As Google feature. The captcha was triggered when you repeatedly ran the fetch and render function, over and over again.

Last week, I saw the Google Captcha, I'm not a robot, right away. Then this week, it only showed up on repetitive use. And right now, I think Google stopped showing it.

Here is a picture of where it showed up from @sunnykujjawal:

Sunny said it showed up after 4 tries and the fetch feature. Again, I tried running it now 10+ times, I was not challenged by this captcha anymore.

Maybe Google figured out the issue with automated robots using this feature and blocked them?
