in India DNS Hijacked Last Night?

Dozens of reports are coming from DigitalPoint Forums that when they tried to go to any Google property on the domain, they are unsuccessful. It seems like it was an issue limited to many users in India.

Some reports say this was related to a 2005 issue Google had when Google had a DNS glitch, which redirected some users to SoGoSearch. The same issue apparently sprung up last night for many Indian Google users. When they tried going to, they were shown this page from SoGoSearch.

google dns hacked

It is weird that an issue from 2005 can come up again, but it seems to be true. The number of reports seem way to high for this to be a lie.
