A WebmasterWorld thread has reports from SEOs targeting Google UK saying that there are some significant ups and downs in the rankings for certain sites over the past week or so.
The first report came on June 9th, last Thursday but it has then went silent for a few days. The SEO said:
Hi, a lot of my sites jumped back up on Tuesday, sites that were buried down a dozen or so pages appeared back on the first page, my other sites that were ranking on page 1 or 2 have not moved up any further, just the low ranking sites have moved up.
Then over the last day or two, many other UK SEOs have been talking about ranking fluctuations in the UK search results. Sites are losing their number one page listings and then getting them back and losing them again.
One SEO added:
Google has been erratic over the last 7 days, we are seeing lots of foreign traffic (again)which is the tell tale sign. We also see a lack of Google shopping results for lots of terms that used to rank well.
I am not sure if there is an update brewing specifically in Google UK or if something weird and buggy is going on.

I'm not seeing anything major for me BUT google.co.uk now is showing the green URL in the serps below the title and not on the bottom for the first time

Noticed this on June 7th: http://www.caroline-bell.com/google/more-changes-to-google-serps-position-of-url-changed/ I get this result all the time now on my home computer while at work I get the normal layout. I've also noticed some odd results but mostly badly geo targetted listings.

I've noticed many of our competitors have fallen down in the rankings and in some cases disappeared all together. This then changed for a few days where they were hitting the original placements and since panda 2.2 completely vanished again. We believe it due to the approah they took and also looking at the newestrankings those that appeared from nowhere are content rich, an abundance of internal links and have taken a long query approah meaning they are rankinh 1 for all of then

Hi every one, I have noticed big changes with my youtube videos about 9 of my videos were all number 1, now they are all on page 4, 7, 10 and even page 24. does anyone know whats going on please. I do know that youtube have banned lots of accounts in the last week. Has anyone got any views on this?

Yes I track all the sits in my sector nd I have seen some dramatic changes. Some of our key words have jumped 23 places, but all the sites that I track have changed. Our site has gone up in general.
