A WebmasterWorld thread has discussion around a new format of Sitelinks people are noticing in the search results recently. The deal is, it is not new, I covered it at Search Engine Land a couple months ago.
Here are a couple pictures of this format:


These sitelinks can show up in the second, third or fourth search result. Possibly even further down the page, where as the larger sitelinks typically show on the first result only.

Similar arrow links come when Wikipedia results are shown in Google search. They are sub-sections of the Wikipedia article, but I have also seen them elsewhere with separate links to different pages of the website.
