Two days ago there were rumors that Yahoo! Publisher Network is Coming To India but I got Yahoo! to comment on it and they are not.

Last month, we launched Yahoo! Search Marketing operations in India. As with other markets our Sponsored Search and Content Match listings in that market are placed on Yahoo! India. Additionally, they will be distributed to Yahoo! India's partner sites as agreements are signed.

Means those site are made in india, can not put yahoo network on there website.

If I am not wrong, YPN Beta is only available only to the people and sites of US. Does anybody have any idea when is it going to come out of Beta and launch in the other parts of the World?

I badly require some source of income at times of recession like these hope yahoo comes up good cause India's market starts to boom from 2009.Hope yahoo identifies this opportunity and wins over other SE's.
