That is crazy and will affect SEO as they will probably be based on the same info for rankings. Our <a href="http://www.sweetfountains.com">fountain chocolate</a> website currently is #1 on MSN for our search term "chocolate fountain", but is only 8 on yahoo. Will be interesting if that happens to see if they will go together or stay seperate.
